Early Inventions of ancient Indians - Invention 1 - Chaya Someshwara Temple !!

Early Invention of ancient Indians - Chaya Someshwara Temple - Mysterious Shadow temple of ancient Chola kings!!

Ancient Indians had invented many priceless science concepts, technologies and given valuable medicinal knowledge to this World. But, these early inventions of ancient Indians are not recognised and acknowledged. In fact, many such valuable inventions of ancient Indians are being stolen and getting patented in the names of foreigners and foreign organisations.

In this blog, I will bring upon the all those lost, suppressed and stolen work of Indians and will keep a count on it, to know the total number of original inventions from Bharat. This post will throw some light on one such ancient scientific inventions of Indians, which are not recognised by any of the scientists or science organisations in the World.

First, let us see about the significance of the temple 'Chaya Someshwara', to know completely about the 2 such ancient scientific inventions of our unsung ancestors.

Chaya Someshwara temple is situated near Hyderabad, Nalgonda district of Telangana. This temple is a live demonstration of early inventions of ancient Indians, which were exhibited in the temples before the westerners could invent it.

This temple was built in 11th century CE by great Kunduru Chola kings with a mix of dravidian and kakatiya style of architecture.

Chaya means - Shadow,
Someshwara means - Lord Shiva, who is the main deity of this temple.

This temple is famous for its mysterious shadow that falls on Shiva lingam throughout the day, irrespective of the time and position of the sun.

The Department of Archaeology and Museums had declared it a ‘protected monument’ in year 2000.

There are three sanctums in this temple, one for the main deity Lord Shiva, in the form of Shiva lingam, second sanctum dedicated to Lord Brahma and third sanctum dedicated to Lord Vishnu, but the idol of Lord Vishnu was destroyed by the invaders and thus currently Lord Shiva's idol has been placed over there.

Due to the presence of Lord  Shiva, Vishnu and Brahma, this temple was named as Trikutalayam.

In this temple, there are three types of mysterious shadows that one can experience near each sanctum. Let us see about each sanctum shadow one by one.

Mystery shadow 1

The first sanctum dedicated to Lord Shiva, where there is an everlasting mysterious shadow that falls on Shiva lingam throughout the day, irrespective of the time, direction and position of the sun. The position of shadow also never changes in any day and any time.

The pillars in this sanctum, were designed in such a way to cast a unified pillar’s shadow constantly on the shiva.

Below picture - is the first sanctum, where you can see Lord Shiva over there, in the form of lingam.

Look at the strong shadow that falls precisely on the Shiva Lingam.

I will explain the mystery about this shadow in 4 points.

Point 1. There are no pillars opposite to the Shiva lingam and to the sanctum. So, what is the source of this shadow? Below picture is for reference, where the pillars are positioned on the both the sides of the sanctum.

Point 2. Usually, When the position of the sun and the direction of the light changes, the position and shape of the shadow will also change. But, here in this temple, the shadow on the Shiva lingam doesn't change its shape, irrespective of the direction of light, time and position of the sun. It always stands still over the lingam.

Point 3. Even, this shadow can not be removed by standing in front of Shiva Lingam or blocking any pillars in the temple.

This is the side view of the pillar. Check out the pillar design, it is very unique. The ancient Indians had used an advanced technology to cast a constant shadow on the Shiva lingam without any change in the position of the shadow.

Point 4. You can test the shadow by standing beside any pillar, but can't see your shadow on the Shiva lingam, only the unified same shaped shadow will be visible on the Shiva lingam. So, the source of the shadow and the source pillar is unknown yet.

The temple was named due to the mysterious shadow/ Chhaya  that falls on the main deity, Shiva Lingam. This shadow is very apparent that you may witness it even today when you visit this temple. This temple serves as an epitome of 'Optical science' invention by ancient Indians.

Many scientists, historians, foreigners has visited this temple, but failed to solve the mystery behind this shadow.

Mystery shadow 2:

The second Garbhagriha / sanctum is dedicated to Lord Brahma.

In this sanctum, if a person stands in front of the god, one can witness 4 shadows of him. That is, his shadow falls on all the four directions.

Mystery shadow 3:

The third sanctum is dedicated to Lord Vishnu. As Lord Vishnu's idol was destroyed, lord Shiva's idol has been replaced here.

In this sanctum, if a person stands in front of a God, his shadow will always fall in front of him irrespective of the time in a day.

One of the sanctum in this temple was situated in the West direction facing East, to form a constant shadow over Lord Shiva throughout the day.

Some scientists speculated some scientific theories behind this shadow. Let us discuss about it one by one.

Science behind this shadow:

The origin of this mysterious shadow is unresolved over the years and many have speculated some of scientific theories behind this shadow. Let us discuss about these theories

One such speculation is : Scattering of light

The pillars in front of the sanctum was designed in such a way that, the light was scattered through pillars and forms a unified shadow over the lingam.

Westerners found this concept 'Scattering of light' - only around 1800 CE.

Second speculation is: Refraction of light

The refraction of light is the scientific concept behind this shadow. The unique design of the pillars and the pillar positioning paves way for the single unified shadow on the Shiva lingam, irrespective of the time and direction of the light.

Westerners found this concept of refraction around 1600 CE.

That is, ancient Indians had mastered the concepts of optical science and implemented it in the temples, before the westerners could invent it. Indeed, westerners have found the refraction of light and scattering of light, about good 700 - 800 years later than the construction of this temple. But, the ancient Indians had invented it much earlier than the age of this temple.

Why the inventions of ancient Indians are always being suppressed and not recognised ?

Though we have this temple as a living example and proof for the early inventions of our ancient ancestors, these inventions are neither recognised by any of the scientific organisations nor acknowledged.

Still, in school and google, we study that westerners have invented the concept of scattering of light and refraction of light in science.

Consistently, the priceless knowledge of ancient Indias were suppressed, stolen and the concepts are being patented in the name of westerners!!!

The great ancient Cholas kings had built many majestic temples with excellent scientific knowledge mixed with it.

Brihadeeshwara temple, Thanjavur:  This temple also deals with the shadow concept. The shadow of the main gopuram doesn't fall on ground during noon. To know more about this temple, reach out to,

Chaya someshwara temple - In this temple,A mysterious shadow falls on Shiva lingam all the day, without any pillars in front of it. In Brahma sanctum, one can witness 4 shadows of himself and in the third sanctum one can witness his shadow on the opposite direction, irrespective of the position and direction of the light.

The Brihadeeshwara temple is 1000 years old, which was designed NOT to cast a shadow on the ground at noon and this temple was designed to cast a shadow always on the God.  These ancient architects had an amazing talent in optical science and they strategically decided whether to cast a shadow or not.

From these two temples of Chola kings, it is obvious that they were experts in optical science and the shadow concept in temples is like a hidden puzzle that needs to be decoded. Chola kings had built impressive temples not only to worship Gods, but also to pass on the priceless scientific knowledge, the architectural skills and precise mathematical calculations to the future generations.

Why this ancient temple is not listed in the Wonders of World ? Instead, why a memorial place of a Mughal queen (Taj Mahal) which is comparatively not that ancient, was chosen as seven wonders of the World ? Politics to please someone ?

During the Mughal rule and britishers rule, they tried to destroy this temple heavily, but failed in vain. Still, one could see the damaged carvings in this temple.

The carvings of lion and some intricate designs are destroyed by the invaders...

Here are some of the elaborate carvings and unique pillar design of this temple. These pillars were designed in such a way that light was made to bend to cast a unified shadow on the Shiva lingam.

Ruined outer walls at the backside of the temple...

This temple stands for both architectural and scientific marvel of the Chola Kings.

Though there are many scientific theories revolving around this temple, it is surely an impossible task even now for the advanced people, to recreate this temple with the same precision. The phenomenon of light bending around the edges of objects was discovered only in the 18th century - i.e 800 years after the construction of this temple.

As I mentioned in the starting of this post, I'm counting this scattering of light and refraction of light as 2 separate early inventions of our ancient Indians. In this post, I'm registering that Indians were the FIRST one to invent the optical science concepts of Refraction and Scattering of light.

In my future posts, I will write down more such suppressed early inventions of Indians and will spread the glory of our ancient Indian Kings and their priceless knowledge!

Brihadeeshwara temple - Part 2 !! (Hidden Underground Secrets)

Brihadeeshwara temple - Part 2 !! (Hidden Underground Secrets)

In continuation from the previous part, which in detail explains about the structural and architectural wonders of this temple,

It is the World's First Complete granite temple. This 1000 years old temple was built using heavy granite stones, without using any binding material. It was built using a technique of interlocking stones that holds this temple very strong.

The huge artistically carved cap stone placed on top of the temple is called Vimana. This Vimana weighs around 80 tonnes.

How did they lift a heavy 80 tonnes vimana for about 200 feet? The technology that they used to lift this hefty vimana to place on top of the 200 feet structure is not yet clear. Many types of theories are being circulated by historians about the ancient Indian technology used to lift this heavy vimana.

There are many unsolved mysteries about this temple. The way that this temple was constructed is a mystery to many archaeologists. Why did the Chola kings had built such a huge temple using granite stones, which were not available in this area?

What were the tools used to precisely carve these strong granite stones?

 Underground secrets of this temple:

There are more than 100 secret underground passages beneath this temple, which connects to Kings Palace, other temples, Safe vault and many other places of Thanjavur. The underground passages were constructed like a labyrinth, meaning complicated network of paths, which makes one to find it difficult to find the correct path.

Only those who know the correct path can get through the passage and there are many other dummy paths were made to create confusion for the trespassing enemies and unauthorised persons. The person who are secretly following the authorised person will be trapped to death in the underground by loosing the starting point, because it was made in such a way that all the paths will be looking similar.

Here is a one such path which is from the temple complex to King's palace. This path was used by Kings, Queens and Royal family members to reach the temple and worship Lord Shiva, without disturbing the public.

The underground passages were built with air shafts for fresh air to circulate, holders for lights to pass through the path and many secret / tricky doors. Some of the passages are interconnected.

The below picture is from the temple, which was painted using natural colours before 1000 years. A secret passage from this temple is somewhere near to this painting, like a secret door with a cryptic code to open it.

Safe vault:

Local people believe that in one of these underground passages, there is a passage that leads to secret vault, which contains Chola's treasure and temple's important valuable jewellery. Many people tried to crack the secret path towards the vault but failed in vain. Because, they don't know the complete details and key to the secret path.

For example: A dead end in the path is not actually a dead end. It was designed like that to confuse the greedy people. There is a secret way to unlock the dead end door, which will lead to the real path of the treasure.

This secret treasure in the underground consists of gold ornaments, gold crowns, golden dresses for God, gold coins, many precious gem stones, diamonds, silver coins, important farming seeds, secret manuscripts, secret weapons etc. These are kept in a safe vault. More than the gold and silver, many people are keen to take the secret manuscripts which will uncover about many mysterious and secret places in India.  Many treasure hunters, historians had searched for the treasure, but were failed to get it and even some people had died as they were trapped inside the labyrinth.

In addition to that, it has some more hidden paths. These secret tunnels were built by chola kings beneath the temple complex.

Secret Path1: This path1 leads to outskirts of the city. In those times, this path was used by spies to convey the important message to king, without any traces left behind. It is also an emergency evacuation path for the royal family members.

Secret Path2: This path connects this temple and the King's palace. This path is little wider one, such that 2 horses can be ridden in parallel and it is more of gateway route of kings during wars.

Underground Safe place:

This is the most interesting part. This safe place was built in an idea to stay there for some period of time. An underground tunnel, which leads to this place, was well ventilated for fresh air to come, enough lighting system was in place, also it was designed to cast shadows inside the safe place. So that time was calculated based on the shadow casted.

[Note: The below picture is just a model one, not the real underground passage of Brihadeeshawara temple. ]

This safe place was created for special people like ministers and spies to hide for some period of time. It was also used as a secret meeting point for the kings, spy and ministers. If a King wants to create a secret weapon, then this place was used to create and to stock those weapons, so that it doesn't reach enemies knowledge.

There are many other underground paths as well. But, those passages were destroyed either by a natural cause or the by Royal family.

The technology used to build such a huge temple, the source of these granite stones, the advanced tools used to carve such intricate designs, science behind Quartz Shiva Linga with Chandrakanta stone beneath, the calculated distances between the temple sanctum and the Nandi, are totally mind blowing!!!

[The distance between Shiva Lingam and Nandi is 247 feet, which is equivalent to the total number of letters in Tamil]

In addition to these, the underground passages with air shaft and natural light built by Chola king Raja Rajan has made historians and archaeologists to baffle!!!

Here are some of the intricate carvings of this temple,

Carvings of vimana

carvings on Gopuram

The below picture depicts the Kailash of Lord Shiva and Parvati with Lord Ganesha in the left side.

Ancient Tamil scripts in the temple...

Side staircase to the temple...

Ancient Indians had built great temples with abundant knowledge of arts, architecture, science and technology that stands for several thousand years without the disturbance of natural calamities. This temple was constructed even to withhold a strong earth quake...

Instead of praising about glories of Mughals and British invaders in school history books, do include more about ancient Indian great kings, their architectures, priceless knowledge and their glory to the future generations to be proud about themselves and to be proud about our mother India !!! No where on this Earth, you can find such majestic place like this!!

Causes of White fungus and traditional cure via Siddha and Ayurveda!!

Causes of White fungus and traditional cure via Siddha and Ayurveda!!

What is White Fungus ?

White fungus is a genus of yeast called Candida. In simple terms, it is a fungal infections caused by a type of yeast called 'Candida' and this infection is called as 'Candidiasis'.

Candida normally lives on the skin and inside the body such as mouth, throat, gut etc without causing any problem. This will cause infection, when it grows out of control or if it enters deep inside the body such as bloodstream / or any internal organs. The most common species that causes infection is 'Candida Albicans'.

The term 'White Fungus', was derived due to the white patches that candidiasis causes in the patients. A patient with candidiasis has white patches or lesions mainly on the tongue, inner cheeks, and palate. Hence, some of the media is calling it as white fungus.

What causes Candida infection / White Fungus ?

It can be caused by

  • Due to low immunity
  • overuse of antibiotics
  • unsterile use of oxygen cylinders
  • overuse of steroids
  • recent organ transplants
  • Diabetes
  • pre existing medical conditions.
It attacks body parts such as lungs, skin, nail, brain, kidney, mouth etc. Candida infection can lead to simple oral thrush, i.e whitish spots on the mucosal lining of mouth and throat.

From throat, it may spread to eye, heart and genitalia as well. Children and Women are at high risk of contracting this fungal infection. They appear as white, creamy spots on the mucosa of the oral cavity most commonly.

White fungus / Candida Albicans after Covid-19

Experts say that those who are put on mechanical ventilation are always at greater risk of developing bacterial or fungal infections. Overuse of steroids, antibiotics and other drugs weakens the body's immune system and make Covid-19 patients in critical care more prone to such infections. Also, those coronavirus patients who are on oxygen support are more prone to this infection as the white fungus is directly affecting the lungs of these patients.

Many drugs used to fight COVID-19 suppresses the body's immune system that would normally protect the individual from fungal infection.

"These fungi typically cause infections after the body's immune system is suppressed significantly. They are also known as opportunistic infections," says Dr Zachary Rubin, an immunologist.

Dr Rubin says patients with HIV/Aids have a significantly increased risk of getting sick with such fungi. "These fungal diseases are normally rare in association with Covid-19, but are becoming increasingly more common in India."

When Candida is in your bloodstream, the condition is called Candidemia. Candida infection can spread from your bloodstream to other parts of your body (such as your eyes, kidney, liver, and brain). If this happens, it is called Invasive Candidemia. At this stage it is hard to treat and recovery is extremely difficult. The death rate from late stage disseminated Candidiasis may reach 71%.

Note: 25 - 30 years before Indians did not have candidiasis or any such fungal infections. Our traditional foods helped to control this 'candida albicans' yeast and thus they weren't affected by this fungal infection.

The traditional foods like idli, fresh coconut chutney, fresh cultured curd, use of turmeric, garlic in Rasam and some curries, use of coconut oil, sesame seeds oil kept this yeast candida under control and it was harmless.

The overgrowth / uncontrollable growth of candida causes fungal infection in the body. Probiotics promotes the natural production of antibodies in the body and boosts the immune cells.

Why people are suddenly affected by this fungal infection ?

When you take more antibiotics / over use of steroids, these medicines may kill some of the normal good bacterias present in your mouth, but antibiotics won't kill candida. Candida is unaffected by the antibiotics, in facts antibiotics promotes yeast infections, by allowing the fungus to multiply freely. That is why people on antibiotics have an increased risk of thrush.

Not all the people who took antibiotics are affected by this fungal infection. How ???

There are also people who took antibiotics aren't affected by this fungal infection. If you notice their diet, they must have taken probiotics to balance the effects of antibiotics. They would have consumed probiotic foods such as cultured Curd, Idli, Dosa, Buttermilk, pickles etc, then they won't be affected by this infection. That is the reason that all the people who are taking antibiotics are not affected by this candida albicans infection, due to their healthy and balanced food.

Candida overgrowth is also depending upon the acidic / alkaline condition in the intestine. When the alkalinity level in the intestine is increased, candida switches to its fungal form and causes infection.

After swallowing, the food reaches the stomach where upper and lower parts of stomach have different pH values. The upper part has a pH of 4−6.5, while the lower part is highly acidic with a pH of 1.5−4.0.

So, in order to stop the overgrowth of yeast, one needs to consume acid producing foods, as an anti-fungal treatment. If white fungus is left untreated, it will cause other serious infections in the body, which may even lead to death.

This infection is new to Indians only, not new for westerners. There are several people who were died due to this candida albicans. Westerners are realising their mistake of eating and medicinal habits, flying to India to learn about the traditional Indian foods, spices, herbs and methods of preparing it.

Annually, over 150 million severe cases of fungal infections occur worldwide, resulting in approximately 1.7 million deaths per year. Candidemia is one of the most common bloodstream infections in the United States.

Every Indian traditional food is having hidden medicinal values, which is consistently being under estimated and made fun out of it.

Indian spices, herbs, the fermented foods that we eat and these traditional methods are being practised for several thousand years without any side effects. In Tamil, there is a saying called 'Unnavea Marundhu', Marundhea unnavu', meaning, 'Food is medicine and medicine is food'.

But, pharma companies doesn't like a cure from Indian or natural methods. In short, in order to mint money from the people, big pharma companies does various propagandas and deep marketing among people to project their drugs as best cure and consistently suppresses thousands and thousands of years old traditional Indian medicinal science such as Siddha and Ayurveda...

Believe it or not, it's a modern slavery through the field of medicinal science. Due to the western influence, delusional indians are going crazy to become Allopathy doctor and not interested to become a classic Siddha or Ayurveda doctor. This is the result of deep marketing, that makes one to blindly follow others without any proper analysis. Most of the doctors in India are following allopathy, What westerner doctors are doing now ?

Secretly stealing the priceless information and medicinal knowledge from Indian traditional systems and trying to get patented in their name. Want an example ??

Canadians are relying on Ayurveda and Yoga to cure Cancer, while Indians are relying on IMA and it's doctors. Below is the link for the same,  Ayurveda - Canadian Cancer Society.

This is like, throwing sand on your eyes and secretly stealing your assets, and heavily western influenced people don't care if it is stolen, as they are indebted to big pharma companies.

7000 years old Ayurveda and Siddha medicines are not having any major side effects, whereas the allopathy is just 200 years old with more serious side effects...

Now, let us see about medicines for this fungal infection which can be cured through Indian traditional foods. Indian foods are like a food science conveyed through Ayurveda and Siddha medicinal ways....

Indian traditional foods for Candida Albicans:

Probiotics:

Probiotics are effective in treating candida, as they produce small amount lactic and acetic acid. This helps to balance the pH levels in the intestine and controls the overgrowth of candida by it's acidic nature.

The antibiotics kills the natural acid producing bacteria in the stomach, thus causes alkaline environment in the intestine, which in turn helps this yeast to multiple. When, stomach acid is weak, it is more susceptible to infection.

Probiotics are known to reduce Candida infections in different organ systems of the human body and are generally considered to be beneficial for overall health. Curd is the best probiotic food which helps to maintain the gut health.

Why am I talking more about Gut health and probiotics ?

Gut health plays major role in our immune system. It comprises more than 75% of our immune system. There are about trillions of microorganisms in the gut that promotes normal gastrointestinal function, protects body from the infection and regulates the metabolism. Probiotics gives your immune system a boost, it promotes the production of natural antibodies in the body, it helps to maintain good gut health. If you gut is healthy, then your immune system will self heal your body automatically...

Now, let us see about other methods to treat this white fungus / candida albicans infection....

Siddha medicine - Vanga vennai:

In Siddha, the medicine 'Vanga vennai' is tested to show good activity against Candida albicans. Below is the research article, where this medicine Vanga vennai is used to evaluate as Anti fungal and Anti bacterial against fungal and bacterial infection. This is the scientific data and proof for siddha medicines against these infections...

Quotes from the article,
In an anti fungal study, the test drug Vanga vennai is showing good activity against Candida albicans, when compared with the allopathy drug Amphotericin B .

The result of this study shows that Vanga vennai possess significant anti fungal effect against Candida albicans"

Amphotericin B -  is an allopathic medicine, which is given to the patients who are affected by white fungus. But, the above research is proving that the siddha medicine 'Vanga vennai' is more effective than this allopathy medicine. Siddha and Ayurveda medicines are made of natural herbs, spices, plants and so does not have serious side effects.

Oil pulling using Coconut oil for oral health:

To treat a yeast infection in the mouth, use 1 to 2 tablespoons of coconut oil and swish in your mouth for 15 to 20 minutes. Once the time is up, spit the coconut oil out. You shouldn't eat or drink anything for the following 30 minutes.

Coconut oil for fungal infection inside the body:

Coconut oil contains caprylic acid and lauric acid, which is effective in treating fungal infections. It is actually an anti fungal agent. The anti-fungal properties of caprylic acid kills yeast cells and reduces the fungal infection.

A 2011 study found that caprylic acid was effective in treating some candida infections. Some scientists believe that caprylic acid is so effective because it can break down the membranes of candida cells.

The ancient Indian traditional medicinal systems such as Ayurveda and Siddha prescribed the use of Coconut oil and Ghee in the food to control the growth of this yeast and thus there weren't people affected by Candida albicans during ancient times.

Another major culprit, which causes this infection is refined white sugar. Very high sugar intake may worsen candida infections in people with weakened immune systems. By reducing the amount of sugar intake, you can reduce the amount available to the yeast in your intestine.

The cell wall of candida is mostly made up of sugar and protein. Caprylic acid, lauric acid, lactic acid are powerful anti-fungal treatment which makes the yeast weak and thus controls its growth.

Traditional Indian foods took care of gut health in the body. If your gut is healed, then rest of your body will be healed automatically by the body's immune system. Gut health plays major role in the immune system to work effectively.

For your health condition, if you need to take antibiotics, finish the prescribed course completely and consume more probiotic foods for minimum 1 month, to balance and to restore the natural good bacterias in the body.

Ghee:

Ghee contain Butyric acid, which helps good bacterias to gain power. Naturally made cow ghee is used for several thousand years in both Siddha and Ayurveda.

Consuming pure ghee daily in limited quantity is a boon to your health and it has numerous health benefits. Ghee is just not a fat or cholesterol.

Ginger and Garlic:

Gingerol present in ginger has potent anti- fungal properties. Adding ginger to our diet in the form of ginger tea effectively helps to prevent and treat fungal infections like Candida.

Ginger is used daily in Indian foods such in Ginger tea, vegetable curries, flavoured rice etc...

Garlic is a powerful anti-fugal agent. We use garlic in Rasam, curries etc. The freshly crushed garlic in rasam is a multi purpose food. It acts against fungal infections, helps the good bacteria to gain power, clears the throat, cures cold, aids in digestion.

We south indians, include rasam in our daily diet and thus we rarely have stomach troubles.

Another final and important Indian spice to cure Candida albicans is Turmeric.

Turmeric:

Turmeric is a natural anti fungal. It is used for many purposes, it is used both internally and externally. Turmeric is a golden spice in Indian traditional medicines and foods. None of the Indian meal is complete without turmeric. It is a basic ingredient in all Indian kitchens..

As an anti-fungal agent, turmeric boasts some surprising properties. A number of studies have pointed to turmeric’s efficacy in fighting both Candida albicans and the biofilms that it forms. This makes it a very useful addition to an anti-Candida program. Pharmaceutical anti-fungal drugs are often associated with a number of side effects, which is why natural anti-fungal treatments can often be preferable.

Probiotics have been shown to promote the production of natural antibodies in the body. Gut health plays major role in our immune system, it contains trillions of microorganisms that protects body from infection and regulates metabolism. Gut health comprises more than 75% of the immune system.

Eat foods to help good bacterias in the body, consume probiotics like curd, fermented foods like idli and have more fibre foods to nurture the good bacterias. When the good bacterias takes control in the gut, it helps to counter the effects of candida yeast which is causing inflammation and irritation in the gut.

Eat these traditional foods, do Pranayama, Surya Namaskaras daily, take fresh air, practise our standard Indian ways and stay healthy !!
