Dravidian Pandya king is the ancestor of Pururavas!!

        The legendary king Pururava was born in Treta yuga and he is the son of budha and ila. He is the first king of lunar dynasty / chandra vamsam and also popularly known as ancestor of pandavas in Mahabharatham. 

        Apart from these details, there is one important unknown / hidden fact about pururavas is - Early pandya king of ancient tamizhagam is the ancestor of Pururavas and Nahusas.

        Pururavas lived in the age of Treta yuga. But, early pandya kings started to live from the age of Satya yuga - i.e from the first yuga in the yuga cycle.

A little background about early pandya king is needed to connect the dots with puraravas and satya yuga is the starting point of it.

Satya Yuga:

        Early Pandya kings lived from the age of satya yuga and submerged Kumari kandam is their mother land. Kumari kandam and Bharatha kandam were considered as heavens of humans such that even lord Indra and many demi gods frequently visit here and did stay there for some period of time. Kumari kandam landmass was connected to bharatha kandam's southern tip.

    Pandya king Satyavrata -  was the king of kumari kandam during satya yuga. Lord vishnu appeared before this pandya king satyavrata and forewarned him about a great deluge.

        It is mentioned in Matsya purana that Lord vishnu took the avatar of dolphin and forewarned the dravidian pandya king Satyavrata from the south of Bharat about major multiple deluge in his land and asked him to build to huge boat to migrate. Early Pandyas were the First and the only rulers in this world during Satya yuga. Kumari kandam - the first ancient land of tamizhs were then submerged into the ocean, which made the pandya king to shift the capital to Bharatha kandam.

        This Pandya King Satyavrata headed as Vaivasvata Manu, migrated with Sapta rishis to the Bharat Kandam with the help of Matsya Avatar of Lord Vishnu and Adisesha.

Now, coming back to the topic - Pandya king is the ancestor of Pururavas, I will explain it in 2 ways with appropriate facts, i.e 

1) Through Vaivasvata Manu, and 

2) From the copper plate inscriptions founded in tamizhagam.

1) Through Vaivasvata Manu 

     

        It is mentioned in some of the texts that Pururavas were traced back to vaivasvata manu. See the below picture for reference.

    From the above mentioned facts about matsya avatar, it is clearly understood that the early pandya king satyavrata is also called as Vaivasvata manu. As Vaivastha manu itself is a dravidian pandya king, then the lineage is obviously continued as race of pandyas. 

There are 2 types of pandyan race, 

1. solar race pandya kings (Surya vamsam)  and 

2. moon race pandya kings (chandra vamsam) 

    Pururavas belongs to moon race pandya kings and Pururavas emblem is 'a pair of fish'.

Lunar race pandya king's emblem is also a pair of fish.

    The lunar dynasty pandya kings mostly ruled the coastal areas and were the seafarers. They explored the world through seas and worshiped moon god to guide them in the right direction in the sea. They precisely calculated the directions, wind, storms and day with the knowledge of moon and stars (nakshatras) in the sky. As they had good command  in astronomy, it helped them to explore further in seas in good weather and it also helped them to transport goods. These pandya kings had huge navy ships and navy base. 

        Their emblem is a pair of fish. They kept fish as an emblem, for their gratitude towards Matsya avatar of lord vishnu who saved them from a great deluge. 

As Pururavas and Nahusas were descendants of Pandya king, they continued to keep 'a pair of fish' as their emblem. [Note: This information about emblem of pururavas is also mentioned in the inscriptions]

2. Copper plate inscriptions:

        The lineage of pururavas from chandra vamsam pandya kings is also mentioned in the ancient copper plates of velvikudi inscriptions. There are 10 copper plates founded in Madakulam of Tamil nadu. 

Velvikudi inscriptions:

        The Velvikudi inscription is actually a bi-lingual grant inscribed in a copper-plate from the Pandya kingdom of southern India. It is inscribed in Tamil and Sanskrit languages, it records the renewal of a grant of the Velvikudi village to a brahmana by the Pandya king Nedunjadaiyan Varaguna-varman alias Jatila Parantaka.

Sanskrit portions were written in Grantha script, while Tamil portions were written in Vattellutu script. Below are the pictures of the inscriptions...

The sanskrit portion begins with the invocation of Lord shiva and describes the lineage of Pandya king. It is also mentioned in the inscription that Sage Agastya / Siddhar Agathiyar is their family priest.

The other points mentioned in the inscription is that, 

 "4. There was (ruling) entrance into the sea, a king famed for his matchless power, named Pandya, who even after the three worlds had disappeared, at the end of kalpa, was requested again to rule the world by the creator and was born as splendid son of moon and named as 'Budha'.

5 &6. Pandya king was reborn as Budha, the son of moon. His son is Pururuvan (Pururavas), engraved their emblem pair of fish on the topmost rock of the mountains. He also shared half of his throne, necklace and taxes with Lord Indra.

Maravarman - son of Pururuvan was born. He was a glorious king and praised by the three worlds."

This inscription says about the lineage of pururavas as, 

King Pandya -> Pururuvan -> Maravarman.

Pururava was also popularly known as ancestor of Pandavas in Mahabharatham. Below picture is the translation of the inscription...

The Tamil part of the inscription contains the actual grant. It describes about, how the Pandya king Palyagamudukugumi Peruvarudi gave the village Velvikudi (i.e. the village of sacrifice) to Narkorran, a brahman and the headman of Korkai, in appreciation of a vedic sacrifice performed by the latter. Then follows a  historical narration, describing how the country was conquered by enemies and reconquered by the Pandyas.

The inscription also mentions about boundaries of velvikudi village, its landmarks, about the wars of Maravarman and about many other kings.

This copper plate inscription clearly proves that early Pandya king was the ancestor of Pururavas - the lunar race king. 

Early pandya / pandyan kings were the longest rulers of ancient India. They were the first rulers and ardent devotee of Lord Shiva. They have built numerous temples for Lord Shiva around the world, chanted lord shiva's name and always smear holy ash on their forehead as smeared by lord shiva. They have also built many temples for Lord Vishnu as well, as the clan of pandyas were saved by matsya avatar of lord vishnu. Many historic records of pandya kings, their emblems, signs were intentionally destroyed by the following invaders to destroy the glory of pandya kings. [Why did the following rulers destroyed it?, will be covered in separate post]

        Further, the foreign invaders tried to put forward the dates of early pandyan rulers, as they hate to believe that pandya kings widely ruled the world with a great power, wealth, science, culture, dedication, advanced knowledge in various fields, god worship and followed santana dharma before the arrival of many religions. So, they did not want indians (bharathiyans) to know about the glorious real history of early pandya kings, their bravery and about their knowledge, so they did project pandya kings as late rulers in our edited history. 

Early pandya kings were the starting point of the history of bharatha kandam. Each and everything in the history is connected in someways, the subsequent rulers like cholas, cheras, pallavas are connected to pandya kings. These truths are erased from the history of Bharath. 

Relationship between Pandya king and Pururavas is one of the erased truth from the history ancient bharath!!

 Shiva Lingam - Sacred and Science!

         In most of the temples, Lord Shiva is represented in the form of 'Lingam', lingam means inference / mark / symbol. The importance, science and sacredness of shiva lingam will be uncovered in this post.

        In India, a naturally formed black meteorite stone is called as swayambu lingam. Also, stone fallen from the space is considered as Lord Shiva in the form lingam and people started to construct temple around it. Why do Indians worship a black stone ??? Why is it considered as sacred ?

Indians aren't stupid to worship some stones. Shiva lingam is not just a stone, it is THE SEED OF HUMAN RACE. I know, people won't believe normal person like me, but they do believe foreign researchers.

Black stone Shiva Lingam

Seed of humans came to Earth from the black meteorite stone 'lingam', not a stupid theory of humans evolved from apes. 

          Shiva lingam is elliptical in shape like an egg. Yes, Cosmic egg, Brahmanda, no beginning and no end.

Holy Narmada River - The oldest river of Bharat, the origin of all evolutions, the place where the meteorites showered from space. 

        

        This river is also called as 'Shankari River', as the place was showered by shiva lingams - black meteorite stones from the space (binary star). The first DNA seed on this planet - all the pebbles rolling on the banks of this river were turned to lingams. Narmada river is older than Ganges river, the one who dips and baths in this river washes away their sins.       

   

            'Omkareshwara' temple on the banks of this river, is one of the twelve Jyothirlingas of Lord Shiva. It is located at the Shivpuri island in the Narmada river, the shape of the island is like OM symbol of Hinduism. The sand of Narmada river is very sacred, holding the sand will get your body boosted with positive energy, due to the presence of Shiva Linga. The lingam stones found on the banks of this river is very auspicious and called as 'Bana Linga' (Quartz Lingam),  Tanjavur Brihadhesswara Temple has one of the biggest Bana linga.

           Many archaeological sites and historical evidences have been discovered, by the development of Narmada river. 

Parad Lingam / Rasa lingam (Mercury Lingam)

               Parad Lingam is considered as rarest and sacred lingam. Once Lord Shiva said to his consort Parvati that the one who worships lingam made out of mercury will face no diseases or death. It is also called as 'Rasa lingam'. 

     As the lingam is made using solidification of mercury it is called as 'Rasa lingam', in tamil mercury is called as 'Pada Rasam'. 

        Siddhar Agathiyar, the first Siddhar, founder of Siddha medicine has used mercury widely in medicines. How can be the poisonous mercury used in medicine?

 Siddhars do purification process for mercury and during the purification process, the poisonous mercury will be converted into a healing nectar.    

      

        Similarly, while rasa lingams were made from mercury after purification process, then gemstones were added and at the end of this process mercury takes the shape of lingam.   

           Mercury (Hg - 80) - this chemical element is considered as Shiva's metal in semi liquid form and the chemical element Sulfur (S -14) is considered as his consort Goddess Parvati. 

        The color of the mercury and his holy ashes / limestone are same, likewise color of turmeric and sulfur are the same, mercury and sulfur combined together to form Mercury sulfide, which is called as vermilion and that is the reason why married women put vermilion in their forehead and Mangalsutra.  The source of vermilion preparation is cinnabar and its chemical formula is HgS (Mercuric sulfide).

 Note: As the vapour pressure of mercury is high, sulfur is poured to absorb mercury vapor. 

         There are many variation of lingams at different places across the globe.

Its indeed our shiva lingam - the sacred black stone - the seed of Human DNA fallen from space. There are many greek mythological stories about Omphalos. This stone has been found in several places like Thebes, Karnak in Egypt, ancient Levant, Cuzco in modern Peru, Sumerian city of Eridu (Modern day Iraq). But, the one which is found at Delphi, Greece is a famous one and it has been kept in the museum. 

Shiva lingam - is the seed of our humans. Lord Shiva was worshiped across this planet, before the invasion of new religions. There are much more scientific information about Lord shiva, his dance posture - Nataraja, Panchaboothastalas and The Greatest Open Secret of this World!  Why Jallikattu ? - Ancient Tamil sport marked in Indus Valley!!

        Jallikattu - meaning - Embracing the bull in Tamil. This game is played for ages to save the native breeds of bulls from extinction. In India, we have only humped bulls and all the humpless ones are from foreign countries. Out of these humped bulls, Kangeyam and Pullikulam breeds are the most famous ones for the game jallikattu. 

        There are many variants of Jallikattu. Out of which, 'Vadi  Manjuvirattu' is renowned one during the day of mattu pongal (second day of pongal). Usually in this Jallikattu game, bulls will come out of 'Vaadi Vaasal' (a gate through which bull enters into the competition area) with a high speed. At a time, more than one person should not touch the bull, if anyone tries to harm / provoke the bull, they will be disqualified from the game. Before the game begins, each bull and every contestant of this game should go through a proper medical checkup. Once, the doctor declares a fitness certificate for both the bull and the contestant, then they will be allowed to participate in the game. 

        There are many rules for this game, the person who participates in the competition should be physically fit, at a time only one person should hold the hump, those who touch the tail, horns, neck of the bull are disqualified from the game etc. As a tradition, first kovil kaalai (temple bull) will come out of the gate and the players will allow it for a free run, they will not touch the bull.

Now, why this Jallikattu game is needed now? 

        This game is not needed for humans, this game is practiced for ages, in order to preserve our country breeds from extinction. How??  Only with the genes of stud bulls, stronger calves will be given birth, thus in order to preserve the genes of our vedic bull breeds, this practise is being followed for many generations. 

        How do we have stud bulls ?? only by feeding food and maintaining them? Can we humans, be stronger only by eating and taking rest? Stud bulls should be agile, alert and virile. In the peak of the reproductive period, the necessary male hormones needs to be secreted, pumping hearts and adrenaline rushes. 

            When the stud bulls enters into the vadi vaasal with much force and speed, their testosterone level increases,  when the humans tries to control the bull, in a agile it will give back the force and due to which their hear pumps faster and there will be an increase in hormone levels.  It is the game for bravery of a man and the bull. The one who holds bull's hump for 20 - 30 seconds, without harming it will be declared as a winner.  A bull will be there in the game arena  for max 40 seconds.

        When the bull wins in the competition (meaning - no one couldn't control the bull), then it will be taken directly to the cows of the temple for mating. As per our science, it is believed that after this competition, bulls will have complete power and the calves will have the best genes with more power and strength. Only our vedic humped cow gives A2 milk. The A2 milk produced by our Indian cows are good for health, where as the A1 milk from the cross breeds or humpless cows are toxic for health. A2 milk is having more micro nutrients and minerals which enhances our immunity system.

Significance of Humped Cows

    Our native cows and bulls have hump. This hump is unique and holds the secret of goodness. Only humped cows gives A2 milk, all the humpless ones gives A1 milk. This purity and goodness can be seen in all product of humped cows, such as milk, cow urine (gomutra), cow dung etc.  

 

        In hinduism, a cow and calf should be entered first into the newly constructed home, which symbolically means that gods and divinity entered into their home. Also, during the construction of the home, many living beings such as insects, plants, grass would have been killed. So in order to purify oneself from this sin, homam / yagna will be performed by pandits at home and to purify the home, gomutra will be sprinkled everywhere in the house. Native cow breed is used for this occasion, only humped cows represents goodness and auspiciousness. So its a procedure that cow and calf should enter into the home first. Cow's gomutra is used to purify the home, this gomutra of humped cows doesn't smell bad unlike humpless ones. In India, native cows and bulls have special place in our traditions. 

        In olden days, cow dung is used to sanitise the floors. It is also used to cover the outer walls of the houses, to keep the house cool and also to absorb the harmful radiations from entering into their home. That's the power of humped cows. 

Why only the humped cows are pure and auspicious ?

        Humped cows has a unique and divine channel (Nadi) from the hump till the backbone of the cow. This nadi is the reason for secretion of purity in cows. For this reason that our native breeds are special, unique and pure.

     This Nadi will be there only in Indian native bulls. This channel is the secret for A2 milk and it is the powerhouse of purity. We Indians, worship cows and bulls. We believe that there are many gods and goddess in the form of cows and bulls.

     On a year, our vedic humped cows gives 3 times more milk than the humpless cows. One should not calculate the number of litres of milk in a day, one should calculate the number of litres of milk produced in a YEAR. Today Brazil is minting money by selling humped desi bull's semen, which they have taken from India. 

        If this Jallikattu sport is stopped, the agile and stud genes of our native bulls will become extinct and as a result, we would not be having A2 milk, medicinal Gomutra and cow dungs of our cows. When the native cows and bulls becomes extinct, we have to depend on foreign countries for their cow breeds to get useless toxic A1 milk. This is the main reason for banning Jallikattu. Jallikattu around the World

       Bali's harvest festival in Indonesia is very similar to Pongal festival in India. Both these festivals does not occur at the same time, due to its climatic conditions. But, the rituals followed in these harvest festivals, its traditions and celebrations are very similar.  

    

        A famous part of this festival is the Negara Bull Races. This bull race is similar to Jallikattu. Negara bull races are held at Perancak, where the water buffaloes are decorated and raced along the streets. Refer the below picture..

        These bull races are held in different names in various regions of India, such as Jallikattu and Rekla race in Tamil Nadu, Bail Gadi Shariat in Maharastra, Maramadi in Kerala and Kambala in Karnataka.

        Jallikattu was started by our ancestors thousand and thousands of years ago for a specific reason. It is not just a game, it is more about saving the human lives through the native cows and bulls. For a better human lives, we need to save the native breeds of bulls from extinction. It is a chain reaction, we humans and bulls coevolved at the same time. Bulls played significant role in domestication and agricultural aspects for many millenniums. It is the responsibility of our humans to save our native bulls, to understand the science behind our culture, traditions and to pass on this knowledge to the next generation for the betterment of the society!!

Process of making Battery from the texts of Agastya Samhita:

The ancient text of Agastya Samhita describes the method of making electric battery and that water can be split into oxygen and hydrogen. This Agastya samhita was made after thousand years of his invention, because these inventions and knowledge were transferred orally to the students who were excelled in that particular topic. Later, it was penned down in palm leaves and kept in libraries for the future generation people....

Modern battery cell resembles Agastya’s method of generating electricity.

For generating electricity, Sage Agastya had used the following material:

1.One earthen pot
2.Copper plate
3.Copper sulphate
4.Wet saw dust
5.Zinc amalgam

        Which means, “Place a well-cleaned copper plate in an earthenware vessel. Cover it first by copper sulfate and then by moist sawdust. After that, put a mercury-amalgamated zinc sheet on top of the sawdust to avoid polarisation. The contact will produce an energy known by the twin name of Mitra-Varuna. Water will be split by this current into Pranavayu and Udanavayu. A chain of one hundred jars is said to give a very effective force. ”

        In above verse, Mitra is cathode , Varuna is anode , Pranavayu is oxygen, Udanavayu is hydrogen, Ghritachi is earthen ceramic beaker, Shata Kumbh is 100 cells in series to convert chemical energy to electrical energy, Apsara is water tight vessel..

        Maharishi Agastya says- If you use the power of hundred Kumbha's (hundred cells made in the above manner and added in series) on water, and then the water will change its form into Oxygen and Hydrogen. Here प्राणवायु means Oxygen, उदान वायु means Hydrogen.

When a cell was prepared according to Agastya Samhita and measured, it gives open circuit voltage as 1.138 volts, and short circuit current as 23 mA.

If hydrogen is contained in an air tight cloth, it can be used in aerodynamics, i.e. it will fly in air. (Today’s Hydrogen Balloon). Siddhar Agathiyar was the FIRST one to invent hot air balloons, when the westerners were roaming like nomads in forests....

        Bulb inventor Thomas Edison wrote in one of his books that -“one night I slept while reading a Sanskrit sentence. That night I realized in my dream the meaning and mystery of that Sanskrit word that helped me to make bulbs”.

            Copper plate inscriptions have been excavated in Tamilnadu which record the names of early Pandya kings from the first Sangam period till Chola kings in the third sangam period. The copper plates refers that Sage Agastya being the Kula Guru of the early Pandya kings. 

        It is also mentioned in the copper plate that they accomplished like going around the earth, travelling to other dimensions such as the realms of the Devas etc. But, these inscriptions were dismissed as myth by historians, who studied these plates. Who were these historians??? East India company funded people ??

        All the achievements of ancient Indians are dismissed as myth!!! At the same time, all the works and knowledge from ancient India were stolen by westerners to take credit for the works stolen and were praised as scientists!!! Wow!!! Actually, credit should be given to them for stealing other's knowledge and for erasing the rich histories of the countries that they invaded... 

        Intelligent Indians not only wrote in palm leaf manuscripts, they purposefully inscribed all our history in copper plates and carved the history of our ancestors through indestructible strong granite stones in the temples....

        Sage Agastya’s accomplishment is one of the India’s oldest invention and he was the wisest Rishi. Indians are unaware of the information provided in our Puranas, while the Westerners are following our Puranas to carry out all the major inventions. We should read our Vedas, Puranas, Samhitas, Upanishads, to know about the knowledge of ancient Indian Rishis. Ancient India was the FOUNTAINHEAD of knowledge and early sages had done many new inventions much before than any other country.

        Inventions of ancient Indians were consistently suppressed, the knowledge and ideas were stolen and credits were given to a westerner. Every inventions that were invented during 1500 - 1900 CE was actually belongs to an Indian. Because, thats the period where India was enslaved and looted in all means by Mughals, Persians, Portuguese and East Indian company people. Who is Siddhar Agathiyar (Sage Agastya)? Unknown facts about Sage Agastya....

    Siddhar Agathiyar / Agastya was one of the sapta rishis of Akand Bharat and the most revered sage in Hinduism. Several thousand years ago, he was the one who led people to spread across Akand Bharat and all over the world!!

What is the meaning of Siddhar?

In tamil, the one who attained spiritual powers or higher consciousness is called as Siddhar / Chithar. Siddhar / Cithar is a tamil word.

In tamil chit - means consciousness. The famous temple in 'Chidambaram' was named after this.

        Agathiyar was born before the start of Satya yuga - i.e the first yuga in yuga cycle. He witnessed the pralaya, when there was a transition of Manu, i.e from Cakusa manu to Vaivasta Manu (Tamil king Satyravrata from Kumari Kandam).

        During the time of pralaya, there was a huge flood and consecutive mega tsunamis occurred in the Indian ocean, which led to the destruction of the huge landmass Kumari kandam. With the help of Lord vishnu's Matsya avatar, King Satyavrata, sapta rishis and people migrated from Kumari kandam to northern landmass, i.e they reached ancient tamizhakam.

        Agathiyar belongs to Pre-Vedic civilisation period. Pre-Vedic civilisation is nothing but a buried tamil civilisation. Once upon a time, there were not so many languages, entire people of Akand bharat spoke Tamil / ancient Tamili. Over the period of time, Tamil was confined only to south india and to the entire south indian states. These states such as Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala and Tamil Nadu were together called as 'Tamizhakam' - meaning land of tamils / heart of tamils. Still one can find some places in North, East and Western parts of India that are named in tamil.... Tamil civilisation was the mother of all civilisations in the world!!

  Now, coming back to sage Agathiyar, he was the kula guru of Pandya king Satyavrata and helped to migrate people during the natural disaster. There are many temples in the world, where sage Agathiyar is being worshiped by people in different names and in different languages. 

1. He was a guru for many known famous siddhars, maharishis and royal kings. 

2. He received knowledge of Pranav mantra and arts of combat science techniques from Lord Murugan. 

3. He is the father of Tamil language. 

4. He was the MASTERMIND of many scientific inventions. But, all his inventions, achievements, fame and notable works are not acknowledged and not recognised in this modern world. Most of the modern generation people, don't know who is Agathiyar.... It is important to know about our history, our land and about our ancestors, to revive our identity. If one's identity is lost, he will be lost forever.....

1. Kula Guru of King Dasaharatha - Treta Yuga - Second yuga

        Siddhar Agathiyar was elder brother of Sage Vashistha. Vashistha was also Kula guru for King Dasharatha (Father of Lord Rama). This is also proving that Agathiyar existed before the period of Ramayana.

2. Sage Agathiyar was the FIRST one to invent martial arts and science in the World!! 

        Adimurai - meaning 'Methods of Hitting', it is an ancient martial arts and science of tamizhakam, which is around 10,000 years old. It is the mother of all martial arts in the World. Adi murai is not only martial arts, it also deals with science of healing. A person who wants to learn martial arts, needs to practice the arts of healing and medicines first.

3. Agathiyar founded Silambam, the ancient method of attacking and defending using weapons.

        Sage Agastya has compiled texts about Adi murai and Silamabam on palm leaves. These martial arts are about 10,000 years old. It has traveled several places across this planet with different names such as Bokator (Cambodia), Angampora (Sri Lanka), Muay Thai (Thailand) etc.

3. He invented Varma kalai. 

        The first and basic text about these Varma Kalai and ADIMURAI was compiled in manuscripts by Agathiyar at Pothigai Mountain, the place where he lived.  There are 108 pressure points in our human body, in Tamil it is called as 108 Varmams. 

        Varma kalai combines massage, alternative medicine, traditional yoga and martial arts in which the body's pressure points are manipulated to heal or cause harm.

Varma Kalai and Marma Kalai are not the same. Varma Kalai is based on Siddhar tradition and Marma Kalai based on Ayurvedic traditions

4. Agathiyar invented pulse reading technique, naadi parthal in tamil.

        Pulse reading is, detection of the abnormalities in mukuttram, by feeling the pulse of the patient by the methods prescribed in the siddha texts. A siddha physician feels the patterns of vibration that represent the metabolic processes going on in the body at a specific time.

5. He is the one who bought river Kaveri to Earth.

        He once drank up the entire ocean and made it dry, to help Devas / Gods... He contained river Kaveri in his kamandalam (copper pot). Due to the play of Lord Ganesha, river Kaveri got released from his pot and flowed in Earth....

6. He is the FIRST one to invent battery / cell in ancient India.  [Separate post will be published to cover this topic]

7. Agathiyar, the First Tamil Siddhar and Maharishi used Mercury which is widely used in Siddha medicine. 

        He is an expert in metallurgy. Siddhar Bhogar who had created Navapaahanam, was a student of Agathiyar. 

        Parad Lingam is considered as rarest and important shiva lingam. Once Lord Shiva said to his consort Parvati that the one who worships lingam made out of mercury will face no diseases or death. It is also called as 'Rasa lingam', as lingam is made using solidification of mercury, in Tamil Mercury is called as 'Padha Rasam'. 

            During purification process, the poisonous mercury will be converted into healing nectar, followed by adding gemstones and so on, at the end of the process mercury takes the shape of lingam. Maharshi Agastiyar was the first one to solidify mercury through the use of indian herbs. 

8. Maharshi Agastiyar converted a silver into Gold, by his single touch.

         He was mastered in Ashta siddhis. He got miracle powers such that, he can turn a silver object into Gold, by his touch and mantra.. The Siddhars had also consumed purified mercury, Iridium, Rhodium and gold in order to achieve physical immortality.

9. Agathiyar led the Kumari kandam survivors to found civilisations in various parts of the world. 

        Agasthiyar led a migration of Dravidians to Java and Cambodia and Central and South America. The ancient civilisations of Incas, Mayans and Aztecs of South America were founded by Viracocha. Viracocha is a great creator deity in Pre - Inca mythology, he is often depicted as tall old beared man in white robes. 

            Virococha from Lemuria is considered as founder of Inca civilisation. There is a traditional view among Incas that the Lemurians( the name western researchers used for Kumari kandam people), under the guidance of their siddhars, colonised North and South America. Lemurians had also colonised Nile Valley, when they founded the Egyptian civilisation.....

        So, under the guidance of Agathiyar, people migrated to the western hemisphere and founded Inca, Mayan and Aztec civilisations.

        Statues of Agastyar have been found all over South East Asia and even the Maori of New Zealand worship an Agastyar figure.

10. Sage Agastya had lived in Agasthiyar Malai in western ghats, which is much older and Sacred than the later formed Himalayas mountain. 

        Many people claim that ancient mountain name Malaya is the none other than Himalayas. A Big No to that false claim!! During a drastic flood, practically people from the low lying areas will try to reach a nearer higher altitude places for safety. Likewise, people from the Southern land (Kumari Kandam) tried to reach out to the nearby elevated mountain, i.e Pothigai Hills which is only 50 kilometers away from Kanya kumari. Thus, the sacred mount Malaya can't be related to the Himalayas, as it is very far from Kumari Kandam. 

            Pothigai Hills / Agaithiyar Malai was referred as Malaya mountain during the early pandya kingdom and it is considered as the one of holiest mount in India. As Maharishi Agastya spent most of his lifetime at this Malaya mountain, it was also called as 'Agasthiar Malai' situated in the Western Ghats of India. Agasthiar Malai / Pothigai Malai is the only place in the World, where there are many distinctive types of flora, fauna and animal species are found that can't be found anywhere else in the World. Very rare types of poisonous Spiders, leeches and snakes can also be found here. (These rare species and seeds were bought from Kumari Kandam through the Giant Boat)

11. The oldest literature in Tamil was 'Agathiyam', written by the Sage Agathiyar. 

        He is considered as the most knowledged and powerful Sage in India, but reference to his epic Agathiyam was missing as Kumari kandam continent was submerged.

         'Agathiyam' was the first book in Tamil written by the great Sage Agathiyar (Agastya) during the First Sangam period. Siddhars lived during the period of first tamizh sangam i.e around 10,000 BCE. 

12. Agathiyar founded Sidereal solar calendar

        The ancient most tamizh siddhar was Agathiyar / Agastya who had lived through all the three yugas i.e from Satya yuga to Dwapara yuga. He founded sidereal solar calendar, i.e zodiac and sun based calendar system. He had also calculated the position of other planets and its cycle.

         The knowledge about astronomy, astrology are travelling across generations of tamizh people, so calculating sun's position with respect to the zodiac is not new to the tamizh people. Tamil calendar follows Sidereal solar system....

Ancient Siddhars of tamizhakam had a great knowledge of converting inorganic substances into a nano and ionic form which is easily absorbed by the human cells. Mercury, is widely used in Siddha medicines. Mercury, a killer poison, is converted into healing nectar, when properly purified and processed. 

        Navapashanam - An elixir made up of amalgam of 9 poisonous minerals. Navapashanam was not made only by the sheer human brilliance, a true wisdom of knowledge was gained from the universe (God), which helped siddhars to make Navabhashanam. Siddhar means - one who attained spiritual perfection / consciousness and the power to control the physical realm.

Navapashanam contains “high positive energy”. It also acts as a catalyst to awaken ones self.

Siddhars were the most knowledgeable Yogi's / Sages who have magical, supernatural and spiritual powers. They served as Doctors, Saints, Alchemists, Physicians, Founded Varma Kalai (Self defense), 'Naadi Parthal' (Pulse reading) etc. In Tamil, 'Chitham' means 'Attaining the level of utmost consciousness', also 'Siddhi' means 'Powers', that is why there is term called 'Ashta Siddhi' (8 great magical powers attained through spirituality)

        Agathiyar is considered as a Supreme Siddhar and much revered sage in India. Every ancient traditions, food science, medicines, remedies, martial arts, science, technology, arts, architecture, language, astronomy, astrology, yoga were originated from the great Siddhars of Tamizhakam!!!
