PRANAYAMA AND HERBAL STEAM PLAYS A MAJOR ROLE IN SUPPRESSING THIS CORONAVIRUS. PRANAYAMA IS A DEEP BREATHING EXERCISE WHICH HELPS TO INCREASE THE LUNGS CAPACITY, MAINTAINS OXYGEN LEVELS IN THE BODY AND GENERATES NITRIC OXIDE IN THE BODY....

How does nitric oxide helps in fighting with covid 19:

The nitric oxide (NO), is a compound with antiviral properties that is produced by the body itself. Nitric oxide (NO) is released in the nasal airways of humans.

Nitric oxide is an essential molecule required for overall health.  Nitric oxide signals the blood vessels to relax, allowing them to expand. This effect allows blood, nutrients, and oxygen to flow freely to every part of your body.  In this way, nitric oxide increases blood flow and lowers blood pressure.

  2. How to do Pranayama with humming sound? What it is called as?

      This is called as Bhramari Pranayama. In this Pranayama will hum bee like sound. Sit in a ventilated area, close your eyes with 4 fingers and close your ears with your thumb. Inhale gently and exhale. While exhaling hum 'MMMMM ' sound. As your ears are closed, you can feel the vibration.

      Gentle nasal breathing optimises NO (nitric oxide) levels in airways and blood. Humming leads to a 15 to 20-fold increase in NO levels helping to open up airways and kill germs and infections.
