Uncovering extended Hinduism in ancient Iran!!

      The early Iranian people were actually ethnic Indo-European people who lived in Iranian plateau before 3000 BCE. A group of people called Proto Iranians emerged as separate branch from Indo Iranian people during second millennium BCE. These proto iranian people were addressed themselves as 'Aryans' and Aryan Invasion theory was referred after them. But, there is no such Aryan Invasion happened in the history !! Truth is people have migrated from greater India to Iran while expanding their territory and due to several natural calamities such as drying Saraswati river, droughts, floods due to change in the course of Sindhu river etc. 

        During the declination of Sindhu civilization, people who lived in those region have dispersed into different directions in multiple groups. Some people moved back to India, some moved further north and some group moved to Turkey etc. But, none of the indigenous Sindhu people were displaced by Indo Aryans, as mentioned by the westerns in Aryan invasion theory. Aryan Invasion theory is a myth !!

   

         While exploring the lands around India, a group of people from western side of India have migrated to Iran during Sindhu Civilization. But, prior to Sindu civilization, set of dravidian kings of ancient tamizhakam have expanded their kingdom to Iran, Syria, Turkey via Persian gulf.     This post will explain about several Hindu elements rooted in ancient Iran, one by one.

Earlier, Iran was called as 'Persia' and it's a part of Persian Country. 

A. Parasurama

     In Vedas, the place Iran was not mentioned, but Parsu tribe was mentioned. Parsua (earlier Parsuash, Parsumash) was an ancient tribal kingdom/chiefdom in Iran. Iran was also called as Persian country. What is mean by Persian ? 

The word Persian comes from Parasu - which means axe in Sanskrit. This in turn, denotes Lord Parasurama who was the incarnation of Lord Vishnu, before the avatar of Lord Rama. Parasurama - means Rama with axe, he was born to Sage Jamadagni and Renuka.

         Lord Parasurama wiped out many Kshatriya clans to revenge for his father’s death.  His name Parasu stands for axe. He carries it on his shoulder for ever .

Persis - better known as Persia, is a region located to the southwest of modern Iran (now Fars). The Persians are thought to have initially migrated either from Central Asia or more probably, from the north through the Caucasus. They would then have migrated to the current region of Persis in the early 1st millennium BC. The country name Persia was derived directly from the Old Persian name Parsa.

    In Tamizh, ancient persian country was called as 'Parasiga Nadu', means land of Parsa people. Thus the main ethnic tribe of Iran Parsa were from India and the iran region was named after this indian tribes.

B. King Kuru and Clan of Kamboojas from India

        King Cyrus the Great, the founder of first Persian empire - also known as Kuru. Why he was named as Kuru ?? 

    Because, he was named after the legendary Great King Kuru of Bharat, as he was from their clan. Kauravas and Pandavas of Maharabharata were from Kuru clan - Kuru Vamsa.

    The roots of King Cyrus's was from India. Cyrus's father Cambyses was referred to the Sanskrit tribals - Kambojas in Akand Bharat. This means that Cyrus and his father were from ancient India, migrated to Iran and followed hindu culture and traditions.

        The great king Cyrus from kuru vamsa, has spread the Persian influence all over Asia & during his rule Zoroastrianism religion has reached maximum heights.

    Zoroastrianism is one of the continuously practiced religion based on the teachings of the Iranian prophet Zoroaster (also known as Zarathustra in Avestan or Zarthost in Modern Persian). After Hinduism, this religion was followed by the people of Iran.

C. Upanayanam and Punul

        Upanayanam is one of most important ritual for a boy in Hinduism. This tradition is widely discussed and explained in many sanskrit texts and it's being followed among Hindus for several thousand years. Even in Ramayana and Mahabharata, several kings, sages wore this sacred thread which runs from shoulder to waist (example: Lord Rama, Pithamaha Bheeshma, Pandavas, Kauravas, Sage Vyasa, Parasurama etc) 

         In this ceremony, the boy will receive a 'Sacred Thread' called as 'Janeu' in hindi, 'Poonal / Punul' in Tamizh. (Will put down a separate detailed post about Upanayanam and importance of Punul)

Upanayanam - means the act of leading to /  enlightenment / Third eye (vision / Pineal gland). This ceremony announces that the child has entered into formal education / school.

        In the above picture, the boy during his Upanayanam ritual wore a thin, yellow Yajnopavita / Punul, the sacred thread runs from left shoulder to waist. In some tradition, during this ritual, the first sacred thread will be given in yellow color, the picture mentioned below will show white sacred thread.

Note the munja grass girdle around the waist, like a belt.

Punul / Janeu - White sacred thread, which is being held in hands of father and son in the above picture. This sacred thread needs to be changed every year during the auspicious day called 'Avani Avittam', where the older ones are exchanged with new sacred thread in an elaborate step by step process by chanting mantras for each step.

        Now, this ancient thousands year old tradition is also followed by Zoroastrians, in a very similar manner. The same kind of white sacred thread is being used. 

    Here the priest holding the sacred thread with the boy. The sacred thread is called as 'Kushti' in Pahlavi and 'aiwyaongana' is the Avesta term for the sacred thread. 

    The ceremony to wear this sacred thread is called as 'Navjote'. It's an ritual through which the person enters into the Zoroastrian religion and started to wear sacred thread and belt. 

        This ritual takes places in presence of fire, like Upanayanam in Hinduism. Look at the picture below, the boy is holding a coconut is his hands, coconuts are used in all Hindu rituals and ceremonies. No hindu ritual / ceremony is complete without Coconut.

        This is conforming that the Hindu traditions and culture were followed in ancient Iran before the arrival of Muslims, in other words Hinduism was practiced in Iran several thousand years before during the rule of Hindu Kings of Bharat. In later period of time, though the muslims occupied the land, some of the rituals are still followed in different names in the the name of different group of people / religion. This is strong Hindu connection with Iran.

D. Haoma / vedic Soma

        In Hinduism, after performing sacred rituals like Yagnas, an intoxicating drink will be given called 'Soma'. Like wise, in ancient Iran, after performing their sacred worship 'Yasnas', they have a drink called 'Haoma'. Both the rituals and drink are similar.

    In ancient Iranian texts Avestan, 'Sapta Sindhu' was referred as 'Hapta Sindhu' and  Sindhu was pronounced as 'Hindu', because they replaced 'Sa' with 'Ha'. Iranians don't spell 'Sa'. That's why land of Sindhus, was called as 'Hindus' and Sindhu's land was called as 'Hindustan'. 

E. Worshiping Ahura Mazda

         The ancient Persians originally had so many cultures before converting to Islam. But, among them the most prominent ones were Hinduism followed by Zoroastrianism. Zoroastrian prayers are called as 'manthras', which are conducted usually with hands outstretched in imitation of Zoroaster's prayer style.

Zoroastrianism - The prophet of Zoraster / Zarathrustra in ancient Persia was considered as founder of Zoroastrianism. There are heavy influences of hindusim in this religion.

Fire , along with water are seen as symbols of purity in Zoroastrian religion. Zoroastrian places of worship are sometimes called fire temples. Each fire temple contains an altar with an eternal flame that burns continuously and is never extinguished. Ancient Persia had many religious diversities like some group of people worshiped Ahura Mazda, some group of people worshiped Daeva, some worshiped Indian gods etc.

        God Ahura mazda was worshiped by Iranians, he was actually pronounced called as 'Asura', by replacing 'ha' with 'sa'. God Mithra and God Verethragna were also worshiped in Zoroastrianism, which are very similar to Hindu gods. But, Ahura Mazda was considered as supreme deity and Daevas as their enemies, as once it was the land of asuras. The Asura and Deva concept was there in Hinduism and it was believed by billions of Indians. 

This is how the term Hindus were coined (By replacing 'Sa' with 'Ha' similar to 'Sindhu'). In reality, there was no such religion called 'Hindu' in India. It was originally known as 'Sanatana Dharma' - the 'Eternal way of Life', which was followed by all the Indian people. 

        Sanatana Dharma is not a religion, it is actually Codes of life, path of eternal morality and self realization, it's an universal law for the people to seek eternal truth. 

    Sanatana Dharma was followed by all the people in Akand Bharat and also all over the World, in different names in different languages. This Sanatana Dharma is now called as 'Hinduism'.

        After the regime of King Cyrus the great, Persia was ruled by his great grand son Darius, but unfortunately after his death by Alexander, Persia could not find a strong and stable ruler. Thus the persian kingdom has started to become weaker. Slowly Persia have gone through influences of many other kingdoms. When the Persians became still weaker, Arabs took the opportunity and captured Persia. They, instilled Islam as the state religion & converted the whole of Persia within a span of 30 years. The people who were reluctant were either killed or were forcefully converted. The remaining population who wanted to escape forceful conversion came and settled in India.        

        Islamic conquest of Persia was one of the most brutal example of forced conversions of Islam. 

During 5th century BCE - 

Zoroastrianism was the state religion and Zoroastrians were more than 95% of the then Persia(Iran)

Today Zoroastrians are a meager 0.03% of Iran.

        Parsis are followers of Zoroastrianism in India. They are a group of Iranian Zoroastrians emigrated from Persia to escape religious persecution by the Muslim majority after the Arab conquest. 

        Thus Sanatana Dharma was the religion followed by people in ancient Iran and other persian countries. The parsu tribes of persia, kuru lineage of Cyrus the great, concept of asuras and devas, persian kings mentioned in the Mahabharata war, sanskrit words in ancient Persian texts, practicing hindu traditions and rituals and worshiping hindu gods has proved that ancient iranians were ardour followers of Hinduism before the arrival of Islam. 

    Also, Lord Muruga / Karthikeya was worshiped widely by the people of Iran and his vahana peacock was engraved in many places of Iran. Iranians were very much fond of peacock, their empire is called as 'Peacock empire', there was a famous jeweled golden peacock throne of Kings, but this bird doesn't inhabit in Iran, then why Iranians are so much attached to peacock ???

    Greta Thunberg, the famous Swedish environmental and climate activists, had posted a toolkit in a tweet on Wednesday which she later deleted it. Also, she extended her support to the protest by farmer unions on the borders of Delhi against the new farm laws stating

"We stand in solidarity with the Farmers Protest in India," she had said in a tweet.

The name of the toolkit is "Global Farmers Strike - First Wave (Schedule and links)"

        Thunberg had first tweeted the toolkit on Wednesday night but later deleted that tweet and uploaded an 'updated toolkit' on Thursday, claiming that the earlier document was outdated. The old document had supported the tractor rally on January 26 and had details of upcoming online and street protests.

        After Greta shared the controversial toolkit, it had links to tweets that people could use on their social media accounts for supporting the protest on January 26 - Republic Day. Why this date was chosen ??!! To defame India / Break India ??

Who is Dhaiwal ?

        Poetic Justice Foundation (PJF) founder M Dhaliwal is saying that the battle of Khalistan movement begins with the repeal of the farm laws.

In a Video, Dhaliwal say, " If the farm bills get repealed tomorrow, that is not a victory. This battle begins with the repeal of the farm bills, it does not end there. Let no one tell you that this battle is going to end with the repeal of the farm bills. That is because they are trying to drain energy from this movement. They are trying to tell you that you are separate from Punjab, and you are separate from the Khalistan movement. You are not,”.

         Earlier, Dhaliwal had taken it to his Twitter handle to post pro-Khalistan tweets. One of the posts read, “I am a Khalistani. You might not know this about me. Why? Because Khalistan is an idea. Khalistan is a living, breathing movement."

    Sikhs for Justice (SFJ) is a US-based secessionist group that supports the secession of Punjab from India as Khalistan. Founded by Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, On July 1, 2020, Gurpatwant Singh Pannun was declared as an "individual terrorist" under the UAPA for promoting secessionism and allegedly encouraging Punjabi Sikh youth to take up arms. SJF was banned on July 10, 2019 by Government of India under Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act for anti-India activities on July 10, 2019. SFJ started organizing a campaign for 'Referendum 2020' for secession of Punjab state from India, on the recommendation of the Ministry of Home Affairs on July 5, banned 40 websites belonging to the group for attracting people to its cause

Farmers protest is an cover up, in the name of farm law, many political parties and funded NGO's are trying to break India, namely "Break India Movement" and to defame India and PM Narendra Modi.

Also, Meena Harris, niece of Kamala Harris is also part of this plan. Check out her tweet below, she has exposed herself saying that it is not about farm laws, but its about "religious minority"

Let us look at the terms used by Meena in the above tweet, how she twisted the issue to break india.

1. "Vocal religious minority" -

Why are you using this term in the issue of farm law. Why did you twist the issue using "Religious minorities". What is the link between farmers and minorities ???

So, she exposed her plan that it's a Sikh problem? Not Farm Laws

2. Police violence -

    When Police were saving their lives by jumping off from the Red Fort, how can you tag the term violence ?? .This proves that either she doesn't have the full knowledge about the issue in India or she wants to tweet according to the instructed plan.

3. Militant nationalism -

How dare you use this term for India ??  People protesting are like you and not the farmers. Most of farmers of India are not in the Protest. Protesting people wanted to crush Police under tractor wheel, Hoisted Khalistani flag at Red Fort on Republic day, around 400 police personnel were beaten by protesters. Now, Who is MILITANT ??

4. Labor rights -

        The farm laws will only increase income of labors.

5. Global Authoritarianism

Joe Biden government said : " Indian new farm laws are good & U.S. govt welcomes them"

What do you say now ?? Saying against your government ??

This is planned farmers protest to break India, is heavily funded by big billionaire fishes to many small NGO's.

        The document in the Greta's tool kit has listed down 'Urgent actions',  needed to be taken on 4 - 5 February. Well planned action items !!

As per the document, It is an Open call for people to protest near Indian Embassies, Govt. offices, Adani and Ambani Companies. Isn't it against India ?? 

    Does this little Greta really wants to help farmers ?? or to create violence to defame / break India ?? or to support the religious minorities in the name of farm law ?? or Doing the INSTRUCTED work  ???

        Republic day violence is a pre-planned one. As per Greta's toolkit, she openly calls for protest against India, asking people to protest and create violence in front of Indian embassies, government offices and in front of Adanis and Ambanis. People in the protest are motivated and funded by them, Khalistani militants group hoisted their flag in the Red Fort for a hefty money in dollars and also have sent well trained traitors of the country against India. Rihanna's tweet was a paid one. There is a big nexus network working behind the scenes !!

        One thing is getting clear that, this is not a farm law issue. There are many international links and political agenda behind this card of 'Farm law'. We Indians won't keep quiet, when someone try to defame India and spoil the Unity among Indians !!

Hiranyanpura - The Land of Hiranyaksha - In Ancient Iran !!

            Hiranyapura was an exceptionally spectacular floating celestial sky-city of Hiranyaksha, the powerful Asura king. Hiranyapura - means city of Gold, it was full of gold , precious gems and rare minerals, protected by descendants of Asura kings. It was surrounded by tower shaped gates and four entrances. It was treasure city and served as an abode for Yakshas, Asuras, Danavas and Daiteyas . The city was covered with all type of gemstones.

        The Asura king Hiranyaksha, did severe austerities for several years and got a boon from Brahma that his sons should not be killed by devas, nagas and rakshas. Also, Hiranyanpura, the floating city was given as a boon from Lord Brahma to Hiranyaksha. This made Asuras equal and powerful to devas.

 Like Indraloka in heaven - an abode of Devas, 

        Hiranyapura, a sky city - an abode of Asuras.

Not able to believe ???

Nobody believed Vimana, until Airplanes were invented !!

Nobody believed in Navagraha, until 9 planets are identified by scientists !!

Nobody believed in Kauravas birth from ghee pots, until IVF (also test tube babies) was invented !!

    Indians were much knowledged and advanced in science, technology, astronomy, astrology, arts etc !! All the foreign websites in the world are trying to put the Hinduism and Sanatana Dharma in the later period of history and not before 4100 BCE, not before their big bang theory.         Now, coming back to the topic about Hiranyapura, this city was roaming majestically in the sky and demons who lived in that place were happy. The asuras never respected Indra and other devas. Actually asuras and devas were cousin brothers. Sage Kasyapa was the father of Asuras and Devas.

        Hiranyaksha was the first, powerful and oppressive demon who walked on this earth. He was too tall, muscular, strong and aggressive that he was looking like a huge golden mountain. He wore golden anklets, golden belt, golden bracelets and golden bands on his arms, several golden chains with rubies, emerald, diamonds on his chest, a big golden crown on his head. The earth trembles upon when he takes every step on the earth. 

        Hiranyaksha means - golden eyed, this ferocious asura attacked heaven, devas and all the three worlds. Also tried to destroy the mother earth by sinking it under the cosmic ocean. Lord Vishnu took his third avatar called 'Varaha Avatar' - form of wild boar, to rescue mother earth.

     Varaha - the third avatar of Lord Vishnu killed the demon Hiranyaksha, retrieved the earth from the ocean, by lifting the earth on his tusks and placed the earth to her place in the universe.

        Hiranyaksha's brother was Hirayakashipu and Holika was his sister. After the death of his elder brother Hiranyaksha by lord vishnu, Hiranyakashipu started to develop hatred towards lord vishnu. He decided to kill vishnu by gaining more magical powers, by doing severe penance to please lord brahma. Though he got boons from Brahma, he was killed by fourth avatar of lord vishnu, that is Narasimha avatar, to save his great devote Prahalad. Prahalad was the son of Hiranyakashipu.

    All these wicked asuras who tried to harm Earth, people and devas were killed by consecutive avatars of Lord Vishnu.

      Later, to help devas and the people on the earth, Arjuna fought with asuras and brought down the celestial sky city Hiranyapura to earth in Dwapara yuga. This city was placed on the western side of Akand Bharat. 

        No wonder that Iran was rich in minerals, precious metals, gemstones, coal, oil and natural gas. After India and Brazil, Iran is the third producer of decorative stones. Iran has about four billion tons of decorative stones with an annual production of over 13.5 million tons. Iran is the world's oldest, largest and finest producer of Turquoise. 

Now, how Hiranyapura is related to ancient Iran ??

          Iran was the recent name, this country was called as Persia in the ancient times. True !!, the whole Persian countries (Iran, Iraq, Turkey, Syria, Azerbaijan) were called as 'Persia'. Like we have many regional / divisional (state) / geographical names in Akand Bharat such as Tamizhakam, Virat, Vanga, Panchala, Sindhu etc, there are also geographical divisions in Persia in ancient times. One such division is Iran.

         According to scholars, the name Iran derives from middle persian 'Eran' (ērān) - Land of Aryans, it was first attested in ancient rock reliefs of iran. Eran - denotes people in the land rather than an empire. Ihis inscriptional use of ērān to refer to the Iranian peoples, the use of ērān to refer to the empire (and the antonym anērān - refers to the Roman and non Iran territories) is also attested in the early Sassanid period. Both ērān and anērān appear in 3rd century calendrical text written by Prophet Mani. 

        But, Is it the actual meaning of Iran / Eran ?? 

Will get the answer, when we look through tamizh, Iran is tamizh word - root word is - Iraniyan / Eraniyan. 

Following are the proving facts for the Iran, being a tamizh name. 

A. What is meant by Iraniyan ?

     In tamizh, there is no 'ha' letter and sound. Hiranyaksha, the first asura king was pronounced as 'Iranyaksha' , with no 'ha' sound. The people and descendants of hiranyanksha was called as 'Iranniyar' - meaning - clan of hiranyas - were born to Diti and sage Kashyapa. So, Iraniyan - means clan of hiranyas / Iranyas. The asuras, daiteyas and yakshas ruled ancient Iran.

What is the meaning of the Iran in Persian and English?? No proper meaning for it. Tamizh was the language spoke by devas, asuras, danavas, daiteyas, manavas and everyone in the world and so got a proper meaning of Iran through tamizh / tamil and Iran was named in tamizh.  

This is the reason that current Iran is now called as 'Iran'/ 'Eran', in the name of Hirayaksha, in a proper tamizh pronunciation.

Another strong reason to say Iran was land of Hiranyanska is, the stone sculpture found in the world's oldest ancient temple at Gobekli Tepe in Turkey. 

    There was a stone sculpture of Wild boar, in 10,000 years old Gobekli tepe, which was considered as first temple.

        This wild boar denotes the Varaha Avatar of Lord Vishnu, who killed the demon king Hiranyaksha and rescued mother Earth. When you look at the picture closely, there is one circular hole above the tusks of boar, representing earth being lifted on the tusks (the details of the hole may be lost in this period of time / during excavation).

  

C. Ahura Mazda - Iranian God

        In Iran, Ahura Mazda (similar to Asura) was worshiped as God and he considered as the highest deity of Zoroastrianism. Daevas (similar to devas) were considered as bad gods and they were enemy of Ahura mazda. This is also proving that ancient Iran (Hiranyapura), was the land of asuras. 

Also, there are many places in Iran named after asuras in Tamizh such as 

'Suran' - Lord Muruga killed an asura called 'Suran' / 'Surapadman', Suran is a proper tamizh name.

Ghamsar and Kamazan - Asura Ghamsar / Kamsan killed by Lord Krishna in Dwapara yuga. In Sanskrit / hindi, Kamsan is called as 'Kamsa' / 'Kansa', the suffix 'an' (Singular) and 'ar' (Singular with respect) is used only in tamizh and these places in Iran was named after Asuras in a proper tamizh name.

D. Eran - ancient site at Madhya pradesh

        Eran, is an ancient archaeological site in Madhya pradesh, where Lord Varaha had killed hiranyaksha and it was named after him. The most remarkable temple of Lord Vishnu represented in the form Varaha avatar is situated here. Usually, in all temples varaha avatar was represented as man - boar form. Like the picture below.

        But, in this temple at Eran, Lord vishnu's varaha avatar was represented unusually, as a theriomorphic representation. That is, mythological ability to metamorphose into other animals by means of shape shifting, i.e Lord Vishnu depicted only in animal form

 The boar was made out of stone and has many intricate carvings in it such as mother goddess hanging on the right side of it's tusk, inscriptions around the neck of the boar and many other details. There was inscription erected in honor of the deity Vishnu at the neck of his avatar, Varaha.

Om ! Victorious is the god (Vishnu), who has the form of a Boar; who, in the act of lifting up the earth {out of the waters}, caused the mountains to tremble with the blows of {his} hard snout ; {and) who is the pillar {for the support) of the great house which is the three worlds !

Also, bronze eran coins of 3rd century BCE were found at Sulur, Coimbatore district of Tamil Nadu. 

Why it has to be named as Eran ? As per sanskrit, it could have been named as Hiran or Hiranyika etc, why there was no 'ha' syllable ??

        It is now proved that eran / iran was in tamizh and not in sanskrit. It is also proving another point that tamizh was the national language of Akand Bharat. Ancient tamizh language (tamizhi / damizhi) is older then sanskrit, it is the oldest language in the dravidian language family and people all around the Akand bharat knew tamil and they have spoken in tamil. 

        This is how ancient Hiranyapura is now called as 'Iran' and tamizh was spoken by people of Iran, Iraq, Turkey and Syria. My next post will reveal the details about tamizh kings who have ruled Iran and many hidden information about the tamil roots in the persian gulf.
